1. Before First Use
Before using the product for the first time, gently shake off any surface dust. Minor variations in the silver-gray appearance of the fabric are normal and do not affect its functional performance. Avoid prolonged friction with sharp objects or rough surfaces.
2. Washing Frequency
Antioxidant silver fiber products have broad-spectrum antibacterial properties. If there are no obvious stains, reduce the frequency of washing appropriately. This helps protect fiber performance, extends product life, and reduces unnecessary resource consumption.
3. Differences Between Product Types
- For single-layer silver fiber fabrics: handle with extra care during washing and drying.
- For double-layer or composite fabrics: when drying, you may turn the non-silver fiber side outward to reduce direct exposure of the silver layer.
- For close-contact products: wash according to actual sweating and staining conditions rather than washing too frequently.

4. Oxidation and Discoloration
Antioxidant silver fibers are not completely immune to oxidation. A slight darkening, yellowing or tarnishing may occur over time due to normal silver oxidation. This process is part of how silver fibers release silver ions and maintain antibacterial and antiviral effects. However, excessive washing, high temperature, strong alkaline detergents, bleach, and direct sunlight will accelerate oxidation.
5. After-Sales and Lifespan Notes
Proper washing, drying and storage can significantly extend the service life of the product. If obvious damage, pilling, or large-area loss of the silver fiber layer occurs, discontinue use. Actual lifespan will vary depending on usage frequency, washing habits, environmental conditions, and product structure.
